Since opening three years ago, Kabuki has cemented its reputation for excellence, distinguishing itself from the plethora of dining options in Juffair’s American Alley. It comes as no surprise then, that the restaurant has gained a loyal following for its authentic and varied menu as well as the warm welcome from its friendly staff.
The décor is equally as impressive and features stunning costumes and artwork that take their lead from 17th century Japanese theatre. Pictures feature supernatural make-up shots alongside images of love and historical events, encouraging diners to create their own memorable experiences.
The restaurant is the first and only place in Bahrain to offer Yakiniku (Japanese grilling,) where guests can select to grill their own mouthwatering grade A beef.
Patrons can choose to be seated on cushions at the traditional Japanese Tatami table or at the live cooking station where expert chefs put on an entertaining hibachi demonstration. There’s also a seating area at the sushi bar where guests can see their meal being prepared right in front of them using the freshest imported ingredients.
Seafood fans also have plenty to look forward to as Poké bowls have been introduced to the regular menu. They are available in a range of options including tuna, salmon and albacore – all coupled with tasty sauces to bring out the flavour of the fish.
The restaurant also offers ample dedicated parking space specially for Kabuki customers.
