Customer service poor.
I ordered a pistachio pudding cake in glass bowl 10.5 BD they tried to tell me I ordered the larger cake for 23bd because the girl told them I ordered that cake and the gentleman tried to tell me this I said since you record your conversation for quality assurance listen to the phone call me 23BD I said I ordered sm. if you listen to the recording you will know that I said the glass cake when the other gentleman looked in the computer he let him know she made the error. Told me to wait 15 minutes and or they could deliver neither one was do able I said this is the second time give me the cake for 1/2 off I can’t wait. He said no I said I should not be charged extra for your error. I said who is Mgt he very snidely KUWAIT. How can you make someone wait almost 5 hrs & then say u can make same cake in 15 minutes interesting since when does that happen I even tried to pick up an hr early. Convert the difference in price to see how much USD. Lilou Patissierehas gotten to the point of being snide. Others are noticing as well. I had tell them to change their gloves when I picked up a cake two months ago because they were handling credit cards then getting the cake. Next time compensate for your mistakes the company makes a lot of $. Bad business. will not recommend anyone else to go there like I have been doing I gave reviews for the pistachio Nutella crunch to my coworkers they sent a lot more people never again the last 3xs were not good experiences. When you place the $ in front of loyal customers that is bad you no longer are for the customers it’s only about you or teach your employees better. I should have never had to wait or pay extra but because I had to be done where I purchased because of your employees mistake I should be reimbursed.
