Two-star Michelin chef, Bruno Oger, will be ‘taking over’ the Mahonia kitchen for two nights; April 15 and 16. Chef Oger launched his career with Georges Blanc at his prestigious three-star restaurant in France. He is also the chef of the famous Cannes Film Festival producing some of the most important official dinners. He won Chef of the Year in 2010. Guests can expect Mediterranean fine cuisine, with exquisite imported produce from France curated into an eight-stage (or tasting menu) gastronomic experience.
